Product marketing at Stitch Fix

Campaign, ads, social

When Stitch Fix introduced the stylist-picked clothing box in 2011, it was the first of it’s kind. Fifteen years in, the company continues to innovate on ways to personalize the shopping experience and delight clients.

These ads educate prospective and lapsed clients on new features at Stitch Fix, connecting each feature to a specific customer need — like finding pieces for a particular occasion, or seeing how something will look on your body before buying it.

We developed a new visual language for product marketing centered on motion, transformation, and the blending of physical and digital reality. People and clothing step into and out of phones, showcasing the ways Stitch Fix can help you get dressed with confidence. No more endless scrolling — Stitch Fix brings the right items to you.

Stitch Fix Vision is Stitch Fix's latest flagship feature. Clients take the style quiz and upload a selfie, and Vision will generate new outfits on their likeness. Then, clients can shop the items in the images. It's the easiest way to try out something new.

Themed Fixes are Stylist-picked boxes centered on specific occasions, trends, or seasons, such as vacation, workwear, or holiday parties.

Sometimes, you'll see something you like, but don't know how to wear it. Now you can start your Fix boxes with a favorite item, and your Stylist will choose items that complement it. This feature is also useful for Stylists to get to know new clients.

Household Accounts allows clients to shop for their whole family in one place.

Stylist Connect allows clients to text their Stylists in the app.

For the holidays, we kept the same motifs, but just switched up the colors and patterns to make it more festive
